Health & Fitness 4 Minority Women Inc. Mental Health Program is a non-profit 501(3)c mental health service for low-income and underserved minority women which helps them to focus on positive and quality views in life as well as shape their mental health capacity through advocacy, research/science development and community partnership with related organizations. HF4MWMH program provides minority women both mental and behavioral health services within the Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, and Marin counties in California.

The programs use comprehensive outpatient and/or individual care tailored for Stress, relationships (parent,adult, significant other) and mental pshycological/behavior mental illness regarding weight lose, obesity, depression, and self-enhancement. Our services provides natural support and is designed to help women strive to reach a functional and quality lifestyle through social networking and community support within racial/ethnic communities in California.
