HF4MW Inc Boot Camps & Events was developed under the umbrella of the Health & Fitness 4 Minority Women Inc.,
a community-based non-profit organization. The Health and Fitness 4 Minority Women (HF4MW) Inc. non-profit organization is a community-based health education awareness/prevention program that emphasizes on eliminating health disparities among low-income minority women ages 18-65 within racial/ethnic communities.
Our Boot Camps are focused on providing structured health and fitness regiments and nutritional workshops that emphasize on eliminating health disparities and promoting the total physical and mental health for minority women. We provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet a woman's overall health expectations.
The mission at HF4MW Inc Boot Camps & Events is to promote health education and prevention awareness nationally within racial/ethnic communities. HF4MW Inc. will use its health education methods as a tool to bring together local racial/ethnic communities for the purpose of spreading the messages in a culturally and linguistically manner. Our support and funding are provided through community fundraisers, and through private sectors for campaigns and activities that are designed for the health of racial/ethnic low-income minority women's populations.
HF4MW’S Vision: The aspirations of HF4MW Inc. Boot Camps & Events are to create community-based health educational camps and events include: seminars/workshops, physical fitness programs, and self-improvement projects and an overall holistic venture that incorporates the aspects of increasing a better health among minority and underserved women within racial/ethnic communities.
HF4MW Inc. will provide a healthy service to minority women urban communities by motivating and stimulating the need for them to become physical active which will improve their self-image and nutritional habits, enlighten minority women on the various health issues and most of all how to acquire a healthier lifestyle.

SUMMER DAY CAMP
"Making Our Physical Future Healthy"
Youth Butt & Gutt Summer Day Camp (YBGSDC) is a nutritional preparation and physical fitness program designed for overweight, obese and junk food youth lovers. It is an educational based activity program that captivates the interest of our youth through learning the importance of proper nutrition and the leading cost of obesity. Also learning how to plan a healthy menu and prepare healthy foods, becoming aware of improper food intake, learning the importance of vitamins and trace minerals, gaining self-discipline in food choices as well as restore motivation of self-worth and fitness awareness.
The Staff includes professional certified personal trainers, licensed nutritionist, kinesiologist and weight loss and self-enhancement consultants.YBGSDC is a 6-weeks day camp that offers special weekly programs to fit the need of youth ages 10-17.
The Program include:
Nutritional education and personalized food planning & preparation
Guidelines on the importance of physical fitness vs. the inactive.
A personalized physical fitness and healthy weight loss program
A self-enhancement and motivational program
A YBGSDC T-shirt
A Certificate of Accomplishment
YBGSDC dedicates six (6) hours a day, six (6) days a week per session to help our youth improve upon their physical self-confidence as well as inspire them to become aware of proper nutritional habits and its importance in their life of longevity and health.
YBGSDC purpose is to provide a healthy service to our youth through helping them to become motivated about physical awareness as well as stimulate the need for physical activities that will help them to improve upon self-image, handle life stressors and enhance good nutritional habits. Also help develop specific skills and become familiar with various health issues and encourage them to practice on living a healthier lifestyle.
